From time to time a web hosting company rates extraordinarily low on our test. Whenever this happens we add them to the "Hosting Companies to Avoid" (a.k.a. the "do not host list"). We are careful to only add companies to this list that have significant problems and in every case have tried to explain why we do not recommend using the following companies.
